Fender American Vintage ’52 Telecaster
The Guitarchive –Fender’s American Vintage 52 Telecaster is a faithful recreation of a classic. For this reissue, Fender did a complete redesign. To get the guitar as accurate as possible, the body dimensions and necks of several vintage guitars where remeasured. The pickups have a more vintage-accurate sound than most other Telecaster reissues, with Alcino 3 magnets used in its construction. As for the look, it accurately recreates the solid, light colors of the original, but with a bit of a rolled edge on the neck that gives the guitar a broken-in feel.
