The Porter Vintage Customs get their name because of the blend of vintage style coil wire with modern coil design. They added some new touches and features with this set to provide a more focused tone. The VC’s feature even height and bevelled AlNiCo 5 magnets resulting in a good string to string balance and a focused tone, with a little more output and aggression, but a smothered, less aggressive response.
The Vintage Custom is for those who like the vintage tones, but need more power from the their pickups.

The Local Pickup ships most items to anywhere in the Continental United States. Fees vary based on the size, weight, and value of the item.
The Local Pickup provides delivery services for $1 per mile as calculated roundtrip from 125 Caldwell St, Rock Hill, SC to the provided delivery address. The minimum fee for a delivery is $65.
For example, if you are within a
- 30-minute drive, then the delivery fee will likely be the minimum of $65
- 1-hour drive, then the fee will likely be less than $120
- 2-hour drive, then the fee will likely be less than $240
- 3-hour drive, then the fee will likely be less than $360
Any item purchased on our website can be returned (unless otherwise noted) for a full refund minus 5% stocking fee (minimum $25). Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving. We do not pay for the shipping cost to return the item. If the item's condition has been altered, the refund will reflect the resulting change in the item's value.
For in-state sales (South Carolina), The Local Pickup will collect taxes at time of purchase. We do not collect any taxes on items sold on our website to out-of-state buyers.
