This 1974 Gibson J-45 Deluxe is in excellent condition. It has one repair. There was a small crack at the sound hole that was repaired by Jake Jones of Rock Hill, SC (repair included hand-carved Sitka Spruce cleat). Also, a pickup system was installed in the guitar (but we’re not sure when). The guitar plays wonderfully well with very low action and a great smooth-playing, mid-sized, C-shaped neck (not the chunky baseball bat and not the thin or razor neck… their mid-sized neck found on most Gibsons). It has a great full acoustic sound, and the electronics also sound great and have good output. We love getting a J-45 in the showroom, and this one is a beautiful example of a classic.
