In this episode of The Local Pickup, Jason and Chris “Soap Box” Gervais are looking at an Airline Mercury from Eastwood Guitars. This guitar is kitted out with double P-90 pickups, giving it a hot hot hot sound for when you need a bit of push in your tone. This guitar is loosely based on some ’60s “pawn shop guitars” and the Gibson Les Paul, which makes for an iconic look and sound that are hard to beat.
