Guitar Lessons & More

The Local Pickup has partnered with Todd Tillman of Tillman Music fame to offer lessons at The Local Pickup. Tillman music was founded in 1981 by Todd’s grandfather, run next by his father, and then eventually by Todd. After a long and wonderful ride, the store closed its doors in December 2025. Todd is off to freer things, but just can’t get away from giving lessons and doing repairs (as music is his first and life-long love).

Todd has partnered with us to offer lessons for beginner and intermediate:

• Acoustic Guitar
• Electric Guitar
• Bass Guitar
• Banjo
