1969 Gibson J-45 Deluxe
This Gibson was all original and in excellent condition. No cracks, breaks, or repairs. It played and sounded amazing. Low action, great frets. The neck was just wonderful. We find that the 60s Gibson necks have the best necks (in terms of shape and size). The guitar had a beautiful finish and has aged well. The checking was cool, and there are a few dings and marks and such. It’s a really beautiful vintage guitar. The serial number was 846734. There is also included some original “case candy” items. The case was correct for the time period but not original to the guitar.
The J-45 line is one of the most famous acoustic guitar model for Gibson. It was first introduced in 1942 to replace the flattop J-35. Check out more information about Vintage Acoustic Gibson Guitars on our collection page.
